Summary Meatcutter Supervisors serve as the supervisor of the Meat Department in a Commissary setting. Responsibilities Plans, organizes and directs the meat department operations. Supervises and provides direction to subordinate employees within the department. Ensures workload requirements are met to include establishing prices for all meat products sold. Inspects equipment and checks temperature level regularly. Conducts frequent inspections of work areas to ensure regulatory compliance with sanitary and safety policies.
