Summary Serves as the Meatcutter Supervisor in a Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) location. The primary purpose of this position is to Serve as supervisor of the Meat Department. Responsibilities Plans, organizes and directs the meat department operations. Supervises and provides direction to subordinate employees within the department. Ensures workload requirements are met to include establishing prices for all meat products sold. Inspects equipment and checks temperature level regularly. Conducts frequent inspections of work areas to ensure regulatory compliance with sanitary and safety policies. Maintains production record and reports.
