Position Overview
A food ingredient manufacturer is seeking a Meat Processing Technician to join their team in Cape Town.
The main purpose of the job is to manage and support meat processing operations while ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production.
The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operate and assist with the running of the processing plant lines (sausages, emulsions, ham & bacon) including fillers, injectors, smokers and related equipment.
- Work on production systems to meet output, yield and quality targets.
