Summary This is a developmental position for Meat Department Managers position has been re-engineered for recruitment and training purposes. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as manager of the Meat Department with responsibility to order, receive, cut/process, store, display, price, and account for all meat products purchased for resale. Responsibilities Directing all department activities and providing administrative and technical supervision for meatcutters, meat cutting workers, and other personnel engaged in the various tasks associated with Meat Department operations.
