Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (candidates without qualifications but possesses experience and skillset will be considered)
• Minimum of 7 years experience with exposure to hotel projects
• Knowledge of chilled water system, ACMV, sanitary-plumbing and electrical for hotel type projects is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Hands-on approach with contractor’s experience an advantage

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and ensure consultant’s requirements are implemented by contractors
• Carry out inspections of the contractor’s work
• Reports to on-site M&E Manager
