Overview

This is a Client side opportunity for an M&E Project Manger working within a Client Side Construction Projects team for a significant Data Centre owner / operator. This is a live data centre and a busy role whereby you will be Project Managing various building services upgrades and retrofits on site.

• MEP background comfortable managing contractors, consultants.
• Good communication skills able to work with client side internal operations teams and get the best from them.
• Strong experience in data centres, live DC environments and maintaining SLA availability tier 3 requirements.
• Strong Admin skills understanding of audit trails and developing/working to process. Methodical and effective in decisions.
