Job Title: M&E project manager (ACMV) (ID3582)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary up to: $4000- $6000
Project Management & Planning - Develop overall project schedules and execution plans.
- Manage project budgets, including payment claims, variation orders (VO), and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
Site Supervision & Technical Support - Lead and supervise site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local regulations (BCA, WSH).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
Team Leadership - Lead, guide, and mentor engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
