Position Overview
Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E industry in Singapore
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM modelling will be an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate M&E works on construction projects
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, BIM/Revit models, as-built drawings, and construction drawings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Assist in project documentation, procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover
