Supervise site works and coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications and schedules. Prepare reports, T&C records, as-built drawings, OMM, quotations, and purchase orders. Ensure safety compliance (RA, PTW), inspect workmanship, and promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
About You Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/HVAC or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in ACMV installation or projects.
