Equans M&E Engineering (Building Services) Graduate Scheme

The world around us is changing rapidly, placing an increased demand on the growing services sectors to become net zero. We are looking for the next generation of engineers, with a keen interest in sustainability, who will support out clients on this journey; by continuing to innovate across different areas of our business and support the energy, digital and industrial.

Starting in September , you will join our induction with the other graduates in your cohort to start building your network and understanding of the business before your specific placement commences. During your scheme, you will experience operational and functional roles alongside our Engineering teams. Your time on the graduate scheme will span across a 2-year period, and you will complete between two to four rotations of either 6 or 12 months in length depending on the project type and department.
