Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
- Control numbering, sorting, filing and storing electronic copies on server and hard copy documents produced by technical teams.
- Maintain project documents and ensure accurate information is distributed throughout the team.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing them when necessary.
- Assist with administrative matters required by team leaders and engineers.
- Set up, copy, scan and store documents.
- Create templates for project documents.
- Receive, catalogue and store new documents to ensure proper filing and storage.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and documents to protect company interests.
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.).
