Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets based on the project's scope and specifications. Analyze technical drawings and project requirements to provide accurate material take-offs and cost estimates. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
