Assist PL/PM to coordinate and review M&E Consultants’ designs.
Participate in all M&E, plumbing, fire protection system tenders and advise on Value Engineering, technical compilation, clarification and compliance.
Constantly look into all aspects of cost savings in projects.
Actively contribute to the increase and evaluation of the Vendor Management System.
Liaise/coordinate with Consultants, Project Team and sub-contractors to ensure M&E, plumbing, fire protection system designs, installation and commissioning are compliant with specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate all M&E works with architectural, structural, and other services to avoid clashes and ensure proper sequencing.
Plan and monitor M&E, plumbing, fire protection system work progress in line with the overall project schedule.
