Our client, a renowned main contractor firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a M&E Assistant Manager
Responsibilities - Develop and implement basic construction plans in collaboration with related departments.
- Identify risks and resolve issues early in the construction phase through assessments and corrective actions.
- Lead the development and deployment of construction technologies to improve productivity.
- Promote construction front-loading by integrating production and productivity data into design drawings.
- Conduct root cause analyses of site issues and establish recurrence prevention measures.
- Guide and train partner companies to enhance technical capabilities and align with company philosophy.
