Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate, customer-centric MD- Dermatologists to provide audio and video consultations to Traya customers. The doctor will assess customer concerns, review medical history, explain treatment protocols, answer health-related queries, and guide customers throughout their hair health journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust in a virtual consultation environment.
