This programme is designed to nurture and prepare individuals through a structured development plan and hands‑on experience, offering a clear pathway for those passionate about hospitality. It comprises three progressive phases — Foundation, Supervisory, and Leadership — each tailored to equip and develop ASPIRER with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to excel in their roles and grow professionally. Upon successful completion and performance review, ASPIRER may be placed into a junior leadership role.
