Design and implement IBM Maximo solutions across asset management, work management, preventive maintenance, service management, inventory, and facilities management processes.
Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into Maximo configuration, including workflows, asset hierarchies, job plans, maintenance strategies, roles, security, and operational controls.
Configure asset, location, inventory, and master data structures with appropriate governance and data quality controls to support safe, reliable, and auditable operations.
Design and support integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems including ERP, supply chain, geographic information systems (GIS), operational technology (OT), field mobility, and data platforms.
Support testing and deployment activities including test strategy, test execution, defect triage, cutover planning, environment readiness, and go-live support.
