An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, innovative nurse leader, who is ready to make a real difference to our patient and staff experience, to join our team in SMR as Matron within Clinical Infection, Immunology & Allergy and Dermatology (CIID) directorate.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking an inspirational, influential leader who is confident, dynamic and visible and has significant experience working at senior level in acute health care. You will be responsible for services across both the Central and Northern Campuses (Clinical Immunology and Allergy Unit, Dermatology Dept and Sexual Health Sheffield). Working with department managers and wider teams the individual will be required to ensure that clinical quality standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
