Ambulatory RN Supervisor

Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ambulatory RN Supervisor to lead and support our Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) clinics at IU North and Riley Hospital. This leadership role involves overseeing nursing staff ensuring the delivery of exceptional evidence-based care and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. The supervisor will support RNs and Medical Assistants with a focus on Labor and Delivery Antepartum and outpatient maternal care fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient safety quality and continuous improvement.
