Materials Coordinator
We are hiring a Materials Coordinator to support procurement and supply chain operations for a growing team. This role is critical in ensuring materials and equipment are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time to keep operations and projects running smoothly.
What Youβll Do
- Manage purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services
- Source suppliers and confirm pricing before placing orders
- Track orders in ERP systems through delivery
- Communicate with vendors to prevent delays or issues
- Support both day-to-day operations and project-based purchasing
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely material delivery
- Identify risks (delays, lead times, supplier issues) and resolve them
- Help improve procurement processes and supplier performance
