Materials Coordinator

We are hiring a Materials Coordinator to support procurement and supply chain operations for a growing team. This role is critical in ensuring materials and equipment are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time to keep operations and projects running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Manage purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services
• Source suppliers and confirm pricing before placing orders
• Track orders in ERP systems through delivery
• Communicate with vendors to prevent delays or issues
• Support both day-to-day operations and project-based purchasing
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Identify risks (delays, lead times, supplier issues) and resolve them
• Help improve procurement processes and supplier performance
