Materials Controller

A Tissue manufacturing company in Kempton Park is looking for a Materials Controller with 3 - 5 years of experience within paper/tissue or FMCG industry.

• Supervise and handle the stacking of all raw materials in as far as safety and FIFO (first in first out) are concerned.
• Process all wadding materials related transactions on the system.
• Supervise and handle the process of material transfers to the machines and finished goods transfers to the storage area.
• Ensure correctness of transactions in WMS as well as in SYSPRO.
• Ensure that the machine operational staff record material flow correctly from/to the different warehouses and bin locations.
• Reconcile physical and system stock daily.
• Prepare for and execute stock counts.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping at all times.
• Ensure all rejected raw materials have correctly completed NCR’s daily.
