Manage all Material department operations, including inbound and outbound material control, inventory management, loss control, and material flow optimization.
Oversee inventory accuracy and maintain data integrity across systems such as SLMS, ERP, and MES, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making processes.
Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training initiatives.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel is required to support inventory control and operational reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:
College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
