Job Title: Material Handler (forklift License) (ID4316)
Location: : Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary:: $2440-$2700
Responsibilities - To do receiving of physical raw materials and stock them into storage room or location in the production.
- To record in M3 system of the incoming raw materials quantity / weight matching with the physical count.
- To release raw materials to production based on MO requested.
- To release raw materials to production based on FIFO system.
- Based on MO called out weight and quanity to issue Rubber compound and Billets to production.
- To record batch number of all raw materials release and follow the work instruction procedure to isuue accordingly to production.
- Record in M3 for the return of raw materials eg: rubber compound, billets spring and carbide inserts from operator and sign off the MO material record sheet for proper flow.
