Key Accountabilities :
Coordinate and monitor material movements for operational activities.
Ensure timely preparation, delivery, and return of equipment and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments for material deliveries and shipments.
Prepare material requisitions, goods receiving documentation, and inventory reports.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
Support warehouse operations including material inspection, tagging, preservation, and storage activities.
Coordinate offshore cargo manifests and logistics documentation when required.
Assist in resolving material discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues.
Participate in audits, stock counts, and material reconciliation exercises.
