Resideo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Material Buyer to join our team in Nagykanizsa, where you'll be responsible for purchasing materials needed for site production.
This position offers a hybrid working model, with Mondays and Fridays designated as remote workdays with flexible working hours.
JOB DUTIES:
Order components required for productionManage open purchase orders in the ERP system, including monitoring late or unconfirmed POs and adjusting schedules as neededMaintain daily communication with suppliers, planners, production, warehouse, and the Quality departmentCoordinate with suppliers and freight organizers to ensure accurate shipment tracking and timely deliveryResolve quantity discrepancies, clear materials under receipt block in the warehouse, and address related invoice issuesUpdate stakeholders on delivery quantities, arrival dates, and manage shortage reports proactivelyProv...
