MASTER SCHEDULER 

Job Summary: 

ESAero is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team in San Luis Obispo, CA. This position will manage and oversee the low-rate initial production of aerospace components and systems, focusing on efficient processes and waste reduction opportunities that enable high-rate production. This individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure production schedules are supported. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 
+ Oversee product transition from low-rate initial prototypes to high-rate production 
+ Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time deliveries 
+ Act as liaison between the engineering and manufacturing teams 
+ Work closely with Planners to execute work orders and other transactions
