Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and Division Purchasing Manager, 

Manages purchasing activities for the site, ensuring that goods and services are sourced in accordance with the Group’s or HUB’s purchasing strategies. Selects and evaluates suppliers, negotiates the best conditions in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and payment, and maintains a reliable supplier panel adapted to the site’s needs. Supports contract negotiation and implementation, works closely with local stakeholders, and ensures compliance with purchasing processes, ethical standards, and operational requirements.
