Position Overview
Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team at Marsh. This role will be based in Hong Kong and reporting to Hong Kong and Macau Financial Controller. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Proactively assist the Controller in ensuring the business runs in compliance with all applicable local regulatory guidelines/legislation (statutory & fiscal) and Group corporate governance & internal control procedures to satisfy SOX & Internal audit requirements, including conducting internal control reviews, driving process improvements, and leading weakness remediation efforts.Coordinate year-end statutory, audit, and tax financial processes under both HKFRS and US GAAP.Assist Controller in cash flow management and provide accurate, timely cash forecasting to Group Treasury.Assist Controller to review monthly flas...
