How does the program work?

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our Category Management team as a Category Analyst. This role involves analyzing category trends and performance to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable recommendations. You will support the Category Strategy Manager in localizing the category vision and in-store principles, while assisting the team with reporting, range reviews, planograms, and creating Category Plans that drive profitable and sustainable growth with our customers.

Additionally, you will aid the Category Leadership team in data-driven decision-making and activation, bringing the global confectionery vision and in-store leadership principles to life locally.
