Position Overview
The Marketing Operations team supports the Air Miles program and its Partners achieving their marketing and strategic objectives by:
- Developing and managing technical and business capabilities to deliver on our Martech Strategy (Adobe and Others)
- Supporting the development and delivery / publishing of personalized content through owned and external marketing channels
- Act as internal subject matter experts, consulting on best practices for designing and developing an inventory of standardized, real time programs and ad hoc communications across all (direct to consumer) channels
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to build and manage tools that support the efficient delivery of marketing services
