About the RoleIn this role, you will lead the execution and prioritization of defined workstreams that shape how Kohl’s designs, evolves, and scales marketing capabilities across data, workflows, content, decisioning, personalization, measurement, AI, and innovation.


You will translate business needs into structured requirements, research insights, recommendations, and validation plans that improve marketing operations at scale. Within your assigned domain, you will help identify and advance opportunities for AI enablement, automation, modernization, and transformation.


Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will bring strategic thinking, curiosity, and initiative to capability initiatives that strengthen agility, efficiency, and business value across the marketing ecosystem.
