Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with sales goals
- Generate creative ideas for campaigns and content (social media, promos, etc.)
- Coordinate the rollout of digital, in-branch, and on-ground marketing materials
- Track campaign schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor marketing performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and HR to support internal and external campaigns
- Help identify influencers or partners to improve brand presence
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Preferably with a background in aesthetics, wellness, or service-based industries
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered
