Title: Marketing Specialist 

Location: Hybrid- on site in Philly 1x per week

Position Summary: Experienced, detail oriented, proofreader who will be responsible for the accuracy of the web, print and multi-media marketing materials. These materials developed internally by *** as well as throughout vendor relationships.



Responsibilities Include

Ensuring the following:

• All benefit and product related information is present and correct particularly as it is related to mandatory marketing and communication material as outlined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).


• Accurate business-related information includes codes, phone numbers, offers, offer disclaimers and dates.


• Accurate spelling, grammar, punctuation, point size, text style. Spacing and formatting.
