Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale sales of pork carcasses and pork products (fresh, boxed fresh and frozen) across wholesale, retail and corporate channels.
- Manage and grow a branded retail butchery outlet, including stock, pricing, promotions and profitability.
- Secure and manage supply agreements with major retailers and food-industry clients.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, in-store and traditional) to grow volume, margin and brand awareness.
- Lead brand management and digital marketing, including social media and content planning.
- Use data and reporting to track KPIs and continuously improve sales and marketing performance.
What Were Looking For
- At least 10 years experience in the meat industry, with strong exposure to pork and retail/butchery plus marketing and sales.
