The Proposal / Pitch Specialist plays a critical role in winning new business. We are looking for someone highly resourceful, detail-driven, and capable of using AI tools to craft compelling proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals, tenders, and pitch decks
• Coordinate inputs from strategy, creative, and finance teams
• Structure content clearly and persuasively
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, benchmarking, and storytelling
• Ensure proposals align with brand and client requirements
• Manage proposal timelines and submissions

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in proposals, bids, or business development
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and document design
• Experience using AI tools for content and research
