The role acts as the central integrator across Insights, Portfolio, Finance, Category, and Commercial, translating strategic direction into aligned plans, governance, and measurable business outcomes. The Head of Strategic Insights & Portfolio Innovation retains accountability for portfolio strategy and investment decisions.
