Position Overview

Job Summary 
The Card Marketing Activation & Transformation team is seeking a data‑driven Business Analyst to automate and scale executive reporting (monthly business update, OKRs, staffing, and employee scorecards) and drive adoption of our Tableau reporting suite. 
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will leverage AI and other data automation tools to streamline report generation and metric tracking, integrate data from Marketing Connect and adjacent tools (., AEM, Smart Analyzer), and lead a structured user education and communications program to expand usage across the organization.
