Role

Partner directly with the Head of Logistics & Industrial to drive operational excellence and enable broker productivity through efficient business support infrastructure. Lead the transformation of administrative operations while serving as the CRM subject matter expert for the New Zealand Logistics & Industrial team.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efficiency improvements by leveraging automation, AI‑enabled software, and strategic delegation to JLL Business Services offshore team.
• Serve as a CRM superuser for team platforms, driving adoption, data quality, and training across the L&I team.
• Own end‑to‑end marketing campaign execution using modern platforms such as Eloqua and CampaignTrack to deliver market‑leading collateral and generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate agency contract and deal paperwork processes, working with legal, finance and JBS to ensure quality standards.
