Position Overview
• Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies for various business units
• Plan and execute events, activations, and PR campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Business Unit Marketing Specialists
• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversion)
• Build sustainable and scalable marketing systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years experience in marketing leadership or campaign management
