About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and creative Marketing Manager to lead and elevate Cosmo’s marketing presence across Europe.

This role will drive regional marketing initiatives that strengthen client engagement, support commercial growth, and reinforce Cosmo’s positioning as an agile and innovation-driven fragrance partner.

Working closely with Commercial, Fragrance Creation, and Global Marketing leadership, the Marketing Manager will ensure that regional activities align with global brand strategy while remaining highly relevant to local markets and clients.
