Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall marketing strategy, execution, and performance of the shopping centre to ensure all key business and marketing KPI’s are achieved or exceeded. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, increasing foot traffic and turnover, managing marketing budgets, building tenant relationships, and leading the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the shopping centre
Drive marketing initiatives aligned with centre objectives and business performance targets
Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and activations
