Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Regional BTL Marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making things happen on the ground.
This role will work closely with regional sales teams, dealer partners, and field stakeholders to drive high-impact activations across commercial vehicle markets.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute regional BTL & on-ground marketing activities aligned with sales priorities
Partner with dealer networks and regional sales teams to drive demand generation and lead conversion
Build activation calendars for market launches, roadshows, fleet engagements, and local campaigns
Own regional marketing budgets — planning, tracking, and optimizing spends for maximum ROI
Track performance of activities and bring data-backed insights for continuous improvement
Audit on-ground executions to ensure quality, compliance, and brand consistency
Coordinate with agencies and vendors for seamless execution across cities
