Marketing Execution & Planning
- Deliver annual MarComm plans aligned with budgets, ROI and business goals.
- Track industry trends and competitors to inform strategy.
- Execute PR activities aligned with hotel marketing priorities.
Brand & Creative
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (signage, collateral, experiences, B2B & B2C).
- Liaise with agencies for timely delivery of creative assets and giveaways.
- Roll out global/regional campaigns using brand toolkits.
- Manage visual assets—photo, video and graphics—per brand guidelines.
Public & Media Relations
- Execute PR/media plans for F&B, rooms, spa, leisure and MICE.
- Maintain updated media kits (fact sheets, bios, imagery, content).
- Support press visits, events and FAM trips to elevate visibility.
