Position Overview
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The position will direct the Bass Pro Shops internal team and external agencies in their execution of all broad-reach media programs/platforms to ensure that costs are within Bass Pro Shops Group planning guidelines and below industry averages. This Marketing Manager will establish long-term and short-term strategies to maximize the return on the entire organization’s media investments.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Oversee all activities of broadcast, print, and out-of-home media planning/buying function; set standards of excellence, ensure deliverables and appropriate communications
+ Direct the development, presentation, and maintenance of all media plans, including objective/strategies, strategic initiatives, updates, and POV's on opportunistic proposals
+ Present plans to organization and lead strategic planning initiatives
