Macdonald & Company working with a developer on the South Coast who are transforming the coastline to a vibrant new seafront.

With over 1000 units to deliver over 10 phases, there is a secure pipeline to work with, along with opportunity for growth within the business and involvement in their wider portfolio that they will be investing in in the near future.

The project itself consists of 1,2,3 bed apartments and penthouses, further phases will include more affordable units, along with penthouses priced between £2-5millon.

It is essential that this person has experience of working in the Real Estate market, perhaps has an interest in the UKs South Coast or knows the area well and can hit the ground running covering a 360 marketing role which will be very hands on.

Offering £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + bonus + benefits.
