Role Description
- Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events for the Group’s brands according to VG guidelines.
- Define customer centric marketing strategies, process and procedures for promotions and brand initiatives
- Manage budget and set direction for the brand to achieve financial and business objectives.
- Support the Brand’s Business Goals.
- Support the CRM and build the base of VIP customers.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve Brand(s) sales and profitability.
- Achieve targeted media coverage (KPI : Editorial coverage - number of pages & dollar value)
- Events and Promotions (KPI : execute events/promotions as per plan)
- Reports submission deadlines and 100% reports accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
