Role Overview
We need a Marketing Manager who owns performance marketing, growth, and execution, while aligning all teams and ensuring marketing drives real business results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) with strong ROI focus
Plan and execute marketing strategies, launches, and campaigns
Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, and operations teams for smooth execution
Coordinate with the development team for website, landing pages, and tracking
Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversions) and optimize continuously
Identify growth opportunities and fix funnel gaps
Requirements
3–6 years in performance/growth marketing
Strong hands-on experience with paid ads
Understanding of e-commerce funnels & tracking (Pixel, GA)
Ability to manage cross-functional teams
Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
