The next chapter is about building awareness, generating admissions enquiries, and establishing as the name every Mumbai parent talks about. This Marketing Manager will be the first dedicated marketing hire and will have end-to-end ownership of the school's presence โ digital, physical, and community. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing (Meta ยท Google Ads) โข Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads targeting parents of children aged 2โ12 in Mumbai โข Own the lead generation funnel โ from ad creative to admissions enquiry form โข Monitor and improve key metrics: CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate โข A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages continuously โข Build remarketing audiences to nurture parents in the consideration phase 2.
