Maximize the brand potential at the national level
Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and other related functions and partners to increase brand performance
Develop the annual brand plan, design, and implement all related marketing activities, including budget control
Understand business dynamics, identify business opportunities, and build strategies accordingly to improve brand potential at a national level
Partner with regional and global Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement them locally where applicable
Work with the sales team and plan field visits to acquire feedback and market insights
Craft and implement tactical plans in line with the strategy
Partner with the sales force to ensure brand strategies and tactics are cascaded optimally
