Responsibilities

• Develop the marketing & brand strategy for the business unit in line with global business objectives.
• Create 1, 3 and 5 year Colombia's marketing and communications strategy plan.
• Execute the marketing and brand activation plan.
• Manage the P&L of the brand to ensure growth in sales and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, categories and new products in the market, and implement the corresponding plan to capitalize on them.
• Determine and execute the pricing and promotion strategy for the brands in the market.
• Ensure proper, effective and on time flow of communications with integral and other regional stakeholders within the business unit while ensuring effective internal networking.
